If he promised you the loss of 30 pounds in a month, there is a chance it could be less than 30. Instead of getting riled up, work with them and show your concerns to them. They might be able to help you figure out where it all went wrong. Sometimes certain techniques aren’t working out for you or are wrong in general, tell them when you have problems but don’t mock them!

    1. It’s Not Expensive When You Have a Friend or Are a Part of Group
